During hypnosis, you’ll typically feel relaxed yet mentally alert, with heightened focus and reduced peripheral awareness.
Hypnosis is completely safe. It’s a relaxing and enjoyable experience that allows you to access your own internal resources. You cannot get “stuck” in hypnosis—you would simply drift into natural sleep and wake up refreshed if left in this state. Additionally, hypnosis is not mind control—you cannot be made to do anything against your will or values.
