Should I wish to have my photograph, video or audio recording removed from the Fraser Valley Hypnosis and Master Hypnotist Society media bank, I am to contact Fraser Valley Hypnosis at 604-394-2094. I hereby release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fraser Valley Hypnosis, Master Hypnotist Society, Angela McClenahan and any other owners, officers, employees of Fraser Valley Hypnosis from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, video or audio recordings, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
